Manifest

Code is hardware, hardware is code. We don't separate the two — every project lives at the seam, and that seam is where the interesting problems live.

Build the smallest thing that proves the idea. Then refine. Studios ship by validating the riskiest part early — a PCB, a flow, a fixture — and letting the rest follow.

If it's repeatable, automate it. If it's reusable, ship it as a template. Our internal tools become external resources — that's how the studio compounds.
